If you’ve purchased a plan with Quicko, active plans cannot be canceled mid-term. However, here’s what you need to know if you're concerned about the plan or future charges.
No Recurring Payments
Quicko does not use a subscription model, so no auto-debits or recurring payments will be made. Once your plan expires, it will automatically be inactive with no further charges or deductions from your account.
Plan Limitations
If you are looking to cancel the plan because it does not meet your needs, check out our article on the feature limitations of the Basic and Essential plans. You can always upgrade to a plan that better fits your needs and continue managing & filing your taxes.
Although plans can't be canceled mid-term, deleting your Quicko account will automatically cancel any active plan.
